Who will get Compensation :
A. In case of unmarried woman, compensation will be payable to the nominee or legal heir.
B. In case of death of husband due to accident compensation will be payable to wife only.
Note : In the event of wife predeceasing the husband or in the event of simultaneous death of both the husband and insured wife, no compensation shall arise under this extension. (It does not apply in case of Nagrik Suraksha Policy)

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE DONE BY YOU ?

Yourself and members enrolled by you shall be included in your down line and their names shall be recorded in the Company's Computer. On enrolment of two members who are further registered are placed in the down line of A & B and thus the spil over system shall work and down line shall be depicted in status report of every individual.

REGISTRATION :

An individual can become the member of the company only through an introducer. The introducer will get the membership form filled in from you along with Insurance proposal forms. You are required to give the Registration Fee Rs. 3,100/- either in Cash or in Demand Draft drawn in favor of the "Authentic Vision Consultancy Pvt. Ltd."( payable at Jaipur) vis a passport size photograph. Any such member if required, can contact the office of the company before or after becoming the member of the company.

INCENTIVES AMOUNT :

Any registered member of the Company enrolls as much additional members in his down line by his own efforts as per the plan of the company, the incentive amount shall be paid by account payee cheque as per performance chart (shown on last page).

TDS as applicable shall be deducted as per Income Tax Act and cheque shall be given for the balance amount only.

TRUST THE COMPANY - GET LOYALTY BONUS

The Authentic Vision Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is always aware towards the interest of it's members. Looking to the trust shown by it's members towards Authentic Vision Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. and the progress/ growth achieved, the Company is introducing a new attractive plan w.e.f. 19th Sep. 2007 according to which whosoever member shown his confidence in the Company's Scheme and enrolled himself as member shall get a Loyalty Bonus @ Rs. 10/- for each member who are enrolled by the Company after him. The maximum amount of such Loyalty Bonus amount would be Rs. 2,500/- per member.

For working out it neither there is any chain system nor it reduces the Incentive Income as per plan of the Company. He will continue to get the working incentive as per his stage/status. The Loyalty Bonus shall be worked @ 10/- per member as under :-

In this plan whosoever is enrolled as a member of the Company shall be first placed at '0' Zero Stage and subsequently additional members enrolled shall be placed under him in the multiples of two, In other words if next two members are added they shall be placed under him and dividend of Rs. 20/- (i. e. 2 x 10 = 20) shall be credited to his account. In the same way next 4 members shall be placed under these two @ 2 - 2 each.

Performance Chart

As stated above it is clear that as soon as '0' stage member completes the seventh stage he becomes entitle for Rs. 2,500/- (Two Thousand Five Hundred only).

Under this plan all members even if he is a non working member shall get Loyaty Bonus of Rs. 2,500/- on completion of 4 years i. e. in the 5th year.

Such members who are added can be from any place throughout the Country irrespective of the person who brings such membership. The Company shall keep the account of all members as per above plan and bonus shall be paid according to elegiblity.
