General Terms & Conditions :

1.The Registration fee is neither refundable nor transferable.

2. Any Indian person between the age of 18 to 70 years having faith in the aims and objectives of the company can become member of the company.

3. The Registered member shall be entitle for the Nagrik Suraksha Insurance Policy for 4 years. The total sum assured is Rs.1.25 Lacs which includes 1.00 Lacs for accidental death claim and Rs. 25,000/- for accidental hospitalisation claim. In addition company is providing Raj Rajeshwari Mahila Kalyan Insurance Policy as a gift. The sum assured is Rs. 25,000/.

4.When a Registared Member Complete the Step 1 of Company's perofrmance chart, a Certificate will be issued by the company within 40 days according to which he shall be entitle for the Nagrik Suraksha Insurance Policy up to age of 70 years. The company shall bear premium of such policy.

5. In all cases incentives and gifts will be given after deduction of T. D. S. as applicable in the Income Tax Act 1961.

6. In all the cases certificate & members ID No. will be issued by Company's Registared office only.

7. The Company always reserves the right to make any alteration, amendment and additions in the terms and conditions or scheme of the company.

8. The Company can terminate the membership without any prior notice on following grounds :-
   a. If a member acts against the interest of the company.
   b.f a member refuse to accept any of the terms & conditions agreed upon with the company or subsequently altered/amended/added by the company.
   c.If any statement/information given in the application form is found to be false.
   d.If any member represents any other network marketing company engaged in similar nature of business with similar plan or product & in competition of the company.

9. In case due to change in Govt. policies and enactment of law, the Company's business is clossed, the Company shall not be liable for any kind of claims.

10.An individual shall be treated a registered member only from the date of deposit of his registration fees in company's office. Such member shall work in the field in his individual capacity and therefor he will neither be an employee of the company nor an authorised reperesentative or a partner of the Company. If any illegal or wrongful work has been done by him then he himself/herself will be responsible for the same and the company shall not be responsible at all.

11.All disputes are subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction only and other district or state will have no jurisdiction.

12. Any dispute regarding above Terms & Conditions and interpretation there of shall be settled through Sole Arbitrator and award given by the arbitrator shall be final.

Terms & Conditions for Royalty :

A. The Member who crosses the stage 14 shall be called Royal Member, and he shall organise Meeting/Seminars at his own cost at least 3 in a calendar month, other than the meeting/seminar's organised at the level of company, and shall submit the proof of such meeting/seminars.

B. The Royal Member shall ensure that at least 100 members attends every such meetings/seminars.

C. The Royal Member shall organise meeting/seminar at the place indicated/approved by the company.

D. The meetings/seminars so arranged by the Royal Member shall be intimated to the company. The information should be given in advance atleast before 7 days.

E. The Royal Member shall be paid Royalty amount @ Rs. 100/- (Rs. One Hundred) per member on total registrations received in a month which shall not exceed Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lac) per month per Royal Member.

But in case the number of Royal Member exceeds more the one, the Royalty amount so earned shall be distributed equally, which shall not exceed Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lac) per Royal Member.

F . The Royal Member shall not indulge in such activity, which is detrimental to the interest of the Company. If found so the Company is not liable for payment of Monthly Royalty amount The decision of the company in this regard shall be final.

G. The Royal Member is also liable to attend office / meetings / seminars as & when called for by the Company at the time, date and place indicated by it.

H. Company reserves the right to make any altrations/amendments & additions in the terms & condition as & when required.

I. Any dispute regarding above Terms & Conditions and interpretation there of shall be settled through Sole Arbitrator and award given by the arbitrator shall be final.
