Responsibilites

The main responsibility of the Head of Label Production & Development is to make sure we can match the supply of our security tags with our customer’s growing demand. Yu are also tasked with optimizing production processes, enhancing quality standards, and spearheading product development to meet evolving market needs.

Department Management

You are responsible for overseeing and structuring the label production and material development department.

Process Optimization

You will set up efficient processes and establish partnerships with printers and vendors to guarantee seamless production.

International Engagement

You will conduct business trips throughout Europe, actively participating in the production process of AV Holographic FingerprintTM tags, and building crucial industry relationships.

Innovation & Research

You will actively engage in researching possible product improvements, extensions, and inventing groundbreaking industry-leading products and equipment.

Technical & Commercial Leadership

You will take the lead on both technical and commercial aspects of production and development projects.

Quality Standards Enhancement

You will manage and improve quality standards, identifying opportunities for process improvements and subsequently documenting and implementing them effectively.

Experiences

Experience with Digital print
Background or interest in material science
You are able to adapt communication and switch between different challenges quickly
You have an eye for detail, you are self-motivated, and take responsibilities seriously
You are motivated to learn quickly and become a subject matter expert
